The Prime Minister spoke briefly today with President Donald Trump following the President's announced withdrawal from the Paris Agreement on Climate Change. The Prime Minister expressed his disappointment with the President's decision and also conveyed Canada's continued commitment to working internationally to address climate change. The leaders also discussed our trade relations and undertook to stay in close contact and see each other at the G20 Leaders Summit in Hamburg.
