9:00 a.m. The Prime Minister will tour the Manitoba Institute of Trades and Technology, and make a skills and training announcement to highlight Budget 2019’s Canada Training Benefit. A media availability will follow. Minister of International Trade Diversification Jim Carr will be in attendance.

11:15 a.m. The Prime Minister and Minister of International Trade Diversification Jim Carr will meet with Chief Executive Officer and President of James Richardson & Sons, Limited Hartley Richardson, and Chief Executive Officer and President of Richardson International Limited Curt Vossen.

12:15 p.m. The Prime Minister will visit the Manitoba Federation of Labour, and deliver brief remarks to highlight Budget 2019’s Canada Training Benefit. Minister of International Trade Diversification Jim Carr will be in attendance.
