He will be joined by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, Chrystia Freeland, the Minister of National Defence, Bill Blair, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mélanie Joly, and the Minister of Export Promotion, International Trade and Economic Development, Mary Ng.

1:00 p.m. The Prime Minister will deliver remarks in the House of Commons. An address to Parliament from the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, will follow.
