The Minister of Northern Affairs, Minister responsible for Prairies Economic Development Canada and Minister responsible for the Canadian Northern Economic Development Agency, Dan Vandal, and the Minister for Women and Gender Equality and Youth, Marci Ien, will also be in attendance.
