Prime Minister Justin Trudeau spoke today with the President of France, Fran‎çois Hollande.

Prime Minister Trudeau offered his condolences to President Hollande for the innocent victim who was killed and the two injured as a result of the April 20 terrorist attack on the Champ-Élysées in Central Paris.  He also offered Canada's full support to France.

The two leaders agreed to continue cooperation to counter the threat of terrorism and radicalization, while also upholding the shared values of tolerance and pluralism in this difficult period.
