Geeta Tucker is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and corporate executive with more than three decades of leadership experience across the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors. She is currently an Executive Consultant with the CPA Western School of Business. From 2019 to 2026, she served as President and Chief Executive Officer of CPA Manitoba, where she was responsible for leading the organisation and representing the profession on matters relating to governance, regulation, education, and professional standards.
Before joining CPA Manitoba, Ms. Tucker held senior executive positions in finance, strategy, communications, and corporate affairs with organisations including Nortel Networks, Shaw Communications, and Agriteam Canada Consulting. Throughout her career, she has led organisational change initiatives, managed corporate operations, and advised boards and executive leadership teams on strategic planning and governance.
Ms. Tucker has also served on a number of corporate, professional, and community boards, including as Chair of the Board of Trustees of United Way Winnipeg and Chair of the Board of Directors of the CPA Western School of Business – reflecting a longstanding commitment to organisational leadership and public service.
Ms. Tucker holds a Co-op Bachelor of Mathematics and Chartered Accountancy (Honours) from the University of Waterloo and is a Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant (FCPA). She holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors, recognising her expertise in corporate governance.
